HOW CAN I MODIFY MY VAPE ORDER?

You can make changes to your vape order up until 11:00pm (PDT -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Simply reach out to us at support@sigvape.com to request the desired changes.

HOW DO I INITIATE A VAPE PRODUCT RETURN?

Our return policy offers a 15-day window for initiating returns from the date of receiving your vape product.

To be eligible for a return, your vape item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and complete with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a return is easy – just contact us at support@sigvape.com. Upon approval, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Keep in mind that unsolicited returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Expect a processing and production time of 1 – 5 business days before your vape order is shipped. Keep an eye out for an email containing your tracking number.

You’ll receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email. To track your vape order, simply visit track order and use the provided number.

WHAT’S THE VAPE SHIPPING POLICY?

For specific countries, we offer the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping method, which streamlines the process by eliminating the need for customs clearance and duties on your end.

Here are the available DDP Method countries:

USA: UPS Express (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) / FedEx
UK: Local DPD Express
Europe: UPS Express / DPD Express / DHL Express
Countries within Europe eligible for the DDP Method include:
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

For European countries outside the UK, shipments will be cleared in Germany and then forwarded to other European destinations.

Other Countries

For countries not listed above, there is a customs clearance process in place upon the package’s arrival at your local customs. It’s important to be aware that duties will be applicable and payable according to your local regulations. Please note that some customs authorities might request a copy of your business license as well, if applicable.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Shenzhen UPS Express: This method typically takes around 7 to 12 days for global delivery.

Air Shipping: Reserved for substantial quantities and heavier orders (e.g., 1,000 kg), air shipping involves shipping to the nearest airport. Proficiency in customs clearance is required for this option.

Your Own Forwarder: If you’re already collaborating with a freight forwarding company in Shenzhen, we’re able to facilitate the delivery of your goods to your chosen forwarder.
